On Sep. 15th, 1987, our company was officially founded and started in the business of telephone exchange design & maintenance.

In 1992, the exchange software development was formally exploited.

In 1996, the software development of the applications with own copyrights was formally exploited.

In 1999, CTFF became the center for Fujitsu Exchange Asia software development with a volume of software export accounting to 6% of the total.

In 2001, The subsidiary company, Forich Software Technology Co., Ltd., was founded to accelerate self-determined research and system integration, pass ISO9001 Quality Management Systems certification.

In 2002, CTFF has begun to praticed the Three Strategic Transition, and took the lead to establish Fujian Software International (FSI).

In 2003, CTFF became a core technology support company in the Information Technology Strategy Planning (ITSP) for China Telecom, an owner-control shareholding of foreign investment company listed on the stock market.

In 2004, became the first software enterprise in China in passing CMMI L3 certifications. Beijing branch was established.

In 2005, Japan branch was established to enlarge the outsourcing market in Japan.

In 2005, change the name from original Fujian Fujitsu Communications Software Ltd. to Fujian Fujitsu Communication Software Co., Ltd..

In 2006, CTFF announced the inauguration of its Value-added Service R&D Center in Xiamen, which is cooperated with Fujian Telecom. The joint development activities of this center will focus on the design and development of Value-Added service products for regional and national Telecom markets.

In 2007, CTFF was found to have achieved National Qualification of Computational Information System Certification First Level and CMMI Level 5, and sets up Nanjing Branch and NJUPT-FFCS Laboratory.

In 2008, CTFF pass National Security Management System certification, and sets up Infolion Software Co., Ltd..

In 2009, CTFF successfully completed the construction of E-Government extranet in Fujian Province.

In 2010, CTFF pass Environment Management System Certification and Completed Provincial E-Government Top-level Design of Fujian Province.
